These guys were the greatest. I just came to town from New York. Don’t know my way around and stopped at three places that all we’re gonna make me wait anywhere from 40mins to:3 hours. These guys brought me in … pulled the biggest nail out of my tire that I’ve ever seen in life and got me in and out in 10 minutes. They are my Officially new mechanics

Great deal on a set of 4 new tires! The shop was efficient, got the installation and alignment done right on time, and the customer service was excellent. No hidden fees or surprises. Will definitely come back next time I need tires.

I took my C300 to Jack Williams and worked with Jose. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. The shop was clean, and the staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The prices were also incredibly fair. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for future service.

Got a flat tire in Dickson city and went to Firestone. I got told they didn't have time to fix it. Put my own spare on in their parking lot then went to Jack Williams in Scranton to get the flat replaced. Edward was awesome! He had me pull the truck in, took the tire and plugged the hole in under 5 mins. Then his team jacked up the truck, took the spare off and replaced it with the fixed tire. Took about 12 mins, wouldn't take any money and justed asked for a review. This is how you earn a person's loyalty, and truly show care for a business. Thank you Edward and team at Jack Williams. My next set of tires will be bought from this shop on Wyoming Ave in Scranton.
